Stanza

Stanza is a quarterly publication dedicated to sharing poetry and discussing its place in the world today. Each issue focusses on a different association with poetry, starting with the inaugural issue on ‘the new age poet’. 

In recent years, a new style of poet has risen, popularised by Rupi Kaur, that has gotten young people back into poetry, making it popular again. Stanza aims to integrate this with art and design making poetry more visually tangible. 

Stanza wants to provide poetry for everybody for every occasion. The hope is that anyone could pick up an issue and take something away from it, whether it’s as small as, ‘I liked that picture’ to finding a poem that spoke to their soul.
