Bringing lapsed subscribers back onboard

In April 2025, The Times’ newsletter team noticed a glitch. Unsubscribed customers were still receiving the subscriber only newsletters.

In the process of closing this loophole, there was an opportunity
to bring these inactive subscribers back onboard.

I collaborated with The Times newsletter editors to create an email campaign for these inactive users, suggesting they resubscribe before they lose access to the content they have been loving.
