Signal: An Open Banking Credit Score

Credit Kudos (CK) is a market leading credit reference agency challenging the traditional bureaus in the way we view credit by using Open Banking.

Signal was CK’s answer to how our credit score’s could be improved with the incorporation of Open Banking. It takes cues from thousands of data points in order to create a more accurate score than the traditional data bureaus. However, the challenge was that it doesn’t have a specific visual identity, for many of CK’s clients it is embedded using their personal branding. I led the design of the Signal creative campaign, which involved creating a variety of  marketing assets. The challenge was to communicate Signal and its benefits clearly, since an Open Banking credit score is such as novel concept. This was achieved with animation, data visualisations, graphic diagrams and many other tools and techniques.
